I found this apartment for sale on Entrance and I got stuck on the dining space. I would really like an apartment with period features… I’ve said it before, I know. I just really like all the details, not to mention the large windows and high ceilings.
At my little studio I’ve got exposed pipes and I think they add to the place. It wouldn’t look the same without them. Here, the pipes have been made into a feature by hanging up black and white art on them. Why not? It looks great.
The colour of the internal wooden shutters matches the dining table and the herring bone floor. With black details like the chairs, the frame, the lamp in the window. It all flows.
The gold vintage candle holders look great. They make me want to go to a flea market… That is one thing I miss from France. The best bric-a-bracs. That and the sun!
